First point of contact for FINC Ecosystem users. Handle KYC/KYB queries, platform support, and user onboarding. Arabic, Malay, or English preferred.
Acquire Malaysian SMEs, suppliers, and wholesalers onto FINC Marketplace. Build enterprise client relationships and onboard business accounts onto FINC Ecosystem.
Maintain and extend FINC Ecosystem APIs, database migrations, and payment gateway integrations. PHP 8.1+, MySQL, REST APIs required.
Manage social media, SEO, content marketing, and paid campaigns for FINC Ecosystem and FAKT Impex corporate brand. FINCNET Reels and video content creation a plus.
Manage cross-border logistics for Qurban Africa and FAKT Impex commodity operations. Experience in import-export, customs, and APAC-Africa trade corridors preferred.
